Gyproc® FireLine® is a specially formulated gypsum board made to stay integrated despite high temperatures.
Our fire resistant board is covered with pink lining paper, for easy recognition, and contains a mixture of gypsum compound along with fibreglass and micro silica. This allows it to act as an insulator, increasing its resistance to fire and providing you with the protection you need.
Gyproc FireLine® is used to provide additional fire protection beyond the standard board products.
It is a fire rated gypsum board typically used in partitions, ceilings, walls and steel encasement systems where high fire resistance is required. It is also the ideal material to be used as a component of OEM products such as fire doors, etc.
Gyproc FireLine® is designed to reduce the spread of flames and smoke generation. Perfect solution to use in assemblies that may deliver fire ratings of 3-4 hours in ceilings and wall systems.
