Gyproc Malaysia awarded the ISO 14001:2015 certification

Gyproc Malaysia is pleased to announce that it has officially transitioned to the ISO 14001:2015 certification for its Environmental Management System and Processes. It is the recognition of Gyproc's ongoing effort to develop products and utilise processes that are more environmentally-friendly and sustainable.

ISO 14001:2015 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organisation can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.

Gyproc Malaysia's manufacturing plant has until now operated to the ISO 14001:2004 EMS standard. This transition to the ISO 14001:2015 standard maintains their commitment in managing environmental responsibilities and contributing towards sustainability.
